​If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. Many women navigate the weight of constant responsibilities, leaving little time to care for their own needs. You may notice persistent fatigue, heightened anxiety, irritability, or a lingering sense of emptiness. Trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, or a lack of joy in activities you once loved can also be signs that it’s time to pause and reset. Our healing retreats offer a compassionate space to release these burdens, restore your energy, and reconnect with your authentic self. Give yourself permission to heal — your well-being matters.

Retreats are held in a peaceful country setting near Guelph, ON 

A Typical One-Day Healing Retreat Agenda includes:

9:00 AM – Welcome & Opening Circle

  • Arrive and settle into the space

  • Brief introductions to create a sense of connection
  •  

9:30 AM – Mindfulness and Gratitude Techniques

  • Grounding meditatiion and guided mindfulness practice to cultivate inner calm

  • Gratitude journaling or other exercise to promote positivity and self-awareness

10:30 AM – Coping Skills for Dealing with Your Blockages

  • Identify and release emotional and mental blockages

  • Learn practical coping strategies to navigate challenges and foster resilience

12:00 PM – Break

  • Light refreshments and time to reflect
  •  

12:30 PM – Restorative Activities

  • Gentle somatic movement to release tension

  • Optional nature walk for grounding and clarity (depending on the weather and time of year)
  •  

1:30 PM – Goal Setting Exercises

  • Reflective journaling and visualization exercise

2:30 PM – Group Sharing & Community Support 

  • Group sharing circle in a supportive, non-judgmental space

  • Celebrate insights and moments of growth

3:00 PM – Closing 

  • Final meditation and leave feeling renewed, empowered and connected

Fall retreat

Fall Retreat - Reconnect with Your True Self

This workshop is an opportunity to reconnect and recommit to intentional living. Renew and awaken your inner vitality, take a much needed pause from the demands of daily life. Participants leave feeling rejuvenated and re-energized, with practical tools to cultivate clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
